A Prayer of Thanksgiving

Oh Heavenly Father,

You have been revamping and rebooting my systems for years, bringing me into more and more awareness of this wonder-filled life which you have offered and accomplished for me! Thank you! thank you! thank you!

And little by little, this experience of your life overwhelms and supersedes every lie and untruth that I have believed about You and myself. Down to the deepest, darkest, and dirtiest deceptions in my awareness.

Day by day I am increasingly enlightened of this potential-filled existence where every cellular and emotional response is impacted by grace and beauty, transformed by grace!

Oh this Christ-life!

Righteousness, peace and joy in Holy Ghost!

Oh love of God, how rich and pure, how measureless and strong!
It shall forever more endure the Saints and angels song!

Praying you know measureless enveloping love of our Father today.

Love you

Lloyd

CURT THOMPSON MD / IMAGINATION TO INCARNATION

Neuroscience and human relationships in the context of the biblical narrative, living in the path of oncoming beauty, moving from imagination to incarnation, being known, a peace beyond understanding, secure attachment—being seen, soothed, safe and secure—left brain right brain imagery, and The Soul of Desire, I this conversation Curt invites us to see beauty as we create beauty, as we become beauty because we are paying attention to Father who never leaves.

Jesus, The Objective Definition Of The Word Good

When I use the word good to describe God, I am not communicating subjectively. I’m not making “a god to my own liking,” as offended brothers and sisters have occasionally suggested. My subjective thoughts don’t get a say in how Jesus defined the word, and Jesus is the revelation of what good means.

Becoming Sure…

I would like to suggest that the question of identity is not only the theme of Jesus’ story but it’s ours as well.  The good news is, Jesus was sure in His identity and because of this, we can also become sure in ours…

Hell and the Older Brother

The older brother was confronted with the offensive truth that he had been keeping score in a game his father wasn’t playing. When it comes to heaven and hell, I think most Western Christians are playing the same deterministic reward and punishment game…

A Boy, A Puppy, And A Greater Faith

I believe God is always saying one thing: “I love you.” And He always follows up with a question, “do you believe me?” What would our lives look like if we could answer this one question that God is always asking?
