A Prayer of Thanksgiving

Oh Heavenly Father,

You have been revamping and rebooting my systems for years, bringing me into more and more awareness of this wonder-filled life which you have offered and accomplished for me! Thank you! thank you! thank you!

And little by little, this experience of your life overwhelms and supersedes every lie and untruth that I have believed about You and myself. Down to the deepest, darkest, and dirtiest deceptions in my awareness.

Day by day I am increasingly enlightened of this potential-filled existence where every cellular and emotional response is impacted by grace and beauty, transformed by grace!

Oh this Christ-life!

Righteousness, peace and joy in Holy Ghost!

Oh love of God, how rich and pure, how measureless and strong!
It shall forever more endure the Saints and angels song!

Praying you know measureless enveloping love of our Father today.

Love you

Lloyd

From Sinner to Saint: Prone To Love…

Jesus never once was “prone to wander” or “prone to leave the God He loved.” He came to earth to settle that exact issue once and for all. He came to set us free that we too might see, encounter, and become love; that we might be transformed from prone to wander to prone to love Him!

But What About Sin?

Yes, sin is a big deal, and our job as Christians is to remove the condemnation that is associated with it, not add to it. We are invited to, like Christ, release kindness, and walk people into freedom. “There is, therefore, no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus…” (Rom 8:1) That’s us! And I would add, ‘therefore there should be no condemnation from those who are in Christ Jesus.’ We can’t give away what we don’t have…

Revelation: It’s Always An Encounter

Truth can be read about and discussed but to own revelation requires some form of experience. “God loves you,” is simply a statement of fact. But the statement doesn’t hold any power until His love is engaged.

Papa Was A Minister

After Papa dies, he was a better man; full of grace and love. My Papa was a minister. He was a good man before he died.

Our Inheritance & The Ice Cream Sundae

When it comes to God, I think it’s astounding how greatly our lives are determined by what we believe. If we believe our Father is love and His love is perfected in His goodness, then we will trust. We will live in the expectation of a fuller more powerful life

Jonah And An Angry God?

…With self-righteous arrogance, Jonah determines it’s the will of god that he die for his sin. Instead of repenting, Jonah, with his sanctimonious gospel, preaches himself overboard as a sacrifice to his angry god. And worse, he makes the sailors complicit in his death religion…
