A Family Story Ministries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It’s short, because we don’t do much.
What we collect
If you join our email list, we keep your email address and your name if you give it. That’s handled by Flodesk.
If you add yourself to the Community Finder, we keep what you submit — your name or your group’s name, a general location, and how people can reach you. You’re choosing to be found, so that information appears on the map.
If you give, payments run through MoonClerk. We never see or store your card details.
If you leave a comment, we keep your name, email, and what you wrote.
If you take the Journey quiz, your answers stay in your own browser. We don’t receive them unless you ask us to send your results.
When you visit, we use standard analytics to see which pages people read. Nothing that identifies you personally.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for their own use. The only outside services that touch it are the ones running the site — email, payments, maps, hosting — and only so they can do that job.

Changing your mind
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. If you want your listing off the map, your comment removed, or anything else we hold deleted, email contact@afamilystory.org and we’ll take care of it.
